I am so excited about what I experienced to be the best exercise in the world that I want everyone to know about it!

I am a 50-something baby boomer. I live a rather sedentary life. I work at my computer a good part of the day. No kids at home to worry about. My hobbies are photography and beading….the only thing I exercise with them is my brain and my fingers. The most walking I do is from one end of Wal-Mart to the other…you get the picture.
A few months ago I found myself waking up in the morning with my heart pounding. Walking up just 4 or 5 steps and I felt out of breath. I also knew that my thighs were getting bigger and flabbier and my leg muscles were weak. Cellulite was building up around my knees and thighs….(I blamed it on gravity taking over as I was aging.) And let's not forget the additional belly flab.
I KNEW I NEEDED TO GET IN SHAPE!
How about you men out there- what about that pot belly and spare tire?
What about the 50% of children in this country who are overweight? When I was growing up we spent every possible moment playing outside. At school we were required to exercise and play sports. There were extremely few overweight children back then, and fast food restaurants were a brand new concept. Today’s children “play” on the computer, their favorite foods are fast food burgers and fries and most schools don’t require exercise.
I knew that aerobic exercise was what I needed to get my heart back in a fit and healthy shape, which was of primary importance to me. I also knew that aerobic exercise would also strengthen and tone my muscles as well, which was my second goal.
One of the best exercises is walking. I had tried walking in the past, but found that it just took too much time (it takes 30 minutes to an hour to do any good). It was also boring for me because I didn't have anyone to walk with and no good place to walk.
So I went online and looked at stair-steppers. I figured I could do that and watch TV at the same time. I ordered one, but luckily for me it was out of stock!
Meanwhile I heard a radio interview with a man who started a line of vitamins. I signed up for his newsletter and one day I received one that really caught my attention!
The newsletter explained that the best exercise you could do only took 15 MINUTES A DAY!
